Hi,

My husband required implants due to throat cancer and radiation treatment.

Can you please help me translate the following dental codes to medical codes for medical claim submission?

Note: Only 4 codes in total, but wanted to ensure you saw all in case different codes, if multiple, as different tooth numbers.
