Diclofenac Potassium, Paracetamol, and Chlorzoxazone Tablets combine two painkillers (diclofenac and paracetamol) with a muscle relaxant (chlorzoxazone). In order to improve muscle movement and reduce muscle stiffness and spasm, muscle relaxants work on brain and spinal cord regions. In order to reduce pain and inflammation, painkillers limit the brain's release of specific chemical messengers that are responsible for these sensations (redness and swelling).
