I’m currently doing a claim for removal of impacted teeth D7240 and need to know what the diagnosis code would be and also we did a cbct on a separate day, can I put them both on the same claim with different dates of service? What is the diagnosis code and I’ll put the D7240 code as the cot code but would like to know if there’s actually a code for extraction of molars specifically Wisdom teeth due to pain. Can someone help me?
