I need help with the CPT codes for:
D8750
D2335
D2331
Patient was in an accident and broke these teeth, medical insurance is not accepting the D codes

D8750 - Re-cement or re-bond indirectly fabricated or prefabricated post and core
D2335 - resin-based composite - four or more surfaces or involving incisal angle (anterior)
D2331 - resin-based composite - two surfaces, anterior
The codes listed above do not have direct crosscodes we are aware of, so if the medical insurer is not accepting the "D" codes on the medical claim, you will be looking at the following code:
41899 - Unlisted procedure, dentoalveolar structures
