I recently published information about food-grade hydrogen peroxide, and after further research and collating information from trusted sources, I'm going to incorporate it into my overall Self-Healing Protocol (Darko's detox protocol).
Why, you ask? Let's take a look.
I first heard about using food-grade hydrochloride from Chris the Healer back in 2023, when he recommended spraying it on the body twice a day or bathing it in it every night. I've also read about it in other sources and discussed it with my most trusted mentor, Darko.
So, why should we take food-grade hydrochloride? Because it oxygenates the body. And I'm sure you've all heard the saying, "No disease can survive in an oxygen-rich environment" or "an alkaline environment."

Excessive care should be taken when using highly concentrated hydrogen peroxide. Even if it's labeled "food grade", it's a chemical reagent and not safe for internal or topical use. Centered solutions can cause burns, skin irritation and mucous membranes, and serious complications. If you plan to use hydrogen peroxide for medical purposes, it's best to discuss the use of a weak hydrogen peroxide 35 solution with a doctor to ensure timely use. Any experiment with highly concentrated hydrogen peroxide is extremely risky without professional supervision.
